Prayer/Intercession Team
The Prayer/Intercession Team is an energetic, vibrant and radical group that consists of powerful men and women of God who have committed themselves to praying for the nation, Church, Body of Christ, lost souls and every spiritual battle known to man. (Matthew11v12)
The Core Purpose
The team members understand their core purpose, which is to draw down the presence of God, so that every soul and every heart that we minister to, can be transformed.
Our vision
Our vision is to raise up leaders who will touch the heavens through prayer and change the fabric of our society. (2 Chronicles 7v14)
Our Belief
We believe that our Lord is a God who answers prayer (1 John 5v14); it is not in his nature to deny supplications.
Modus Operandi
On the last Friday of every month, we have all-night prayer sessions, where the whole church comes together to experience the fullness of our Lord, Jesus Christ. In these services, we also pray for different kinds of issues, as Paul says we are to come before the Lord, always, with all sorts of prayers and supplications, mainly for the lost souls. At every all-night prayer meeting, different encounters with God are experienced, He is always present. Any individual who has attended the all-night prayer services will attest to that. We believe in ushering the saints into the presence of God with the goal of developing a deeper relationship a relationship with God in their lives. Victory is ours, riches are ours, and health is ours and anything else that one may desire. We seek to transform the mindset of man that believes in impossibilities to a victorious mind and heart. The Word says, a double-minded man is unstable in all his ways (James 1 v 8), and the desire is to aid in renewal of the mind’s thought processes, conscious and subconscious to ultimately deliver a true work-man in the Kingdom of God.
Oneness
People that pray together stay together. Two people cannot travel the same path unless there is agreement. Jesus states, “where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the midst of them”, Matthew 18v20. The presence of our Lord Jesus in any situation, good or bad, brings with it a force that touches lives, creates bonds, takes away pains and hurts wiping away all tears. Isaiah 25 v 8 says, “And the Lord God will wipe away tears from all faces”.
