Harvest House International Johannesburg started a School of Ministry in January 2009. This School of Ministry is affiliated to the HHI Bulawayo School of Ministry.

One of our callings in the city of Johannesburg is to be a Training Centre that will:

1. Teach God’s word and make disciples in the city,
2. Equip and train the saints for the work of the ministry,
3. And develop Christian leaders for the Kingdom of God.

We have a great mandate in the city of Johannesburg and therefore need to raise disciples, saints and leaders fully equipped for the work at hand.
As the scripture says; "Study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." 2 Timothy 2:15
The School of Ministry endeavours to instill sound doctrine through expository and in-depth teaching of the scriptures.

We believe that the bible is the infallible, God-inspired, word of God. "All scripture is God breathed and is suitable for teaching, correcting, rebuking and training in righteousness so that the man of God may be fully equipped for every good work." 2 Timothy 3:16-17
We also believe that the Word of God came from the inspiration of the Holy Spirit and indeed holy men of God spoke as they were moved by Him. 2 Peter 1:20-21

The School of Ministry offers the below certifications:

1. Certificate in Biblical Studies
2. Diploma in Biblical Studies
3. Diploma in Pastoral Studies
4. Higher in Prophetic Studies
